Los Cabos International Airport sits just north of San José del Cabo. Terminal 1 and 2 handle most international arrivals and the drive to the Tourist Corridor hotels runs along Highway 1.
Private transfers are the default and are priced per vehicle, so a family of four pays the same as a couple. Shared shuttles cost less per head but wait to fill and then work through a hotel list.
Ride-hailing has an uneasy legal status at the airport itself. Certified taxis are available but are frequently more expensive than a pre-booked private transfer, not less.
Best based in San José del Cabo. Season: Year-round.
