Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between an ATV and a UTV in Cabo?

An ATV is a single-rider quad you straddle. A UTV is a side-by-side with seatbelts, a roll cage and a bench seat. UTVs cost $40–$60 more and are the only option most operators permit with a child passenger.

Do you need experience to ride an ATV in Cabo?

No. Operators run a short briefing and the terrain at Migriño is forgiving. You do generally need a valid driver's licence and to be at least 16 for an ATV or 18 for a UTV.
